Ori Allon believes that you have to think big in order to create big impact. This ethos, as well as his determination to bring change through tech, motivated him to co-found Compass. Ori's background working in technology includes serving as Director of Engineering at Twitter, founding Julpan which was acquired by Twitter, and founding Orion which was acquired by Google. His passion lies within empowering entrepreneurs to make impact through technology. Ori earned his PhD in computer science at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Robert Reffkin is an entrepreneur on a mission to help everyone find their place in the world. He was inspired to enter the world of real estate by his mother, Ruth, a longtime agent who now proudly works at Compass. Robert completed a B.A. and M.B.A. from Columbia University and worked at McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, and as a White House Fellow. He ran 50 marathons in 50 states to raise $1 million dollars for charities — including for America Needs You, the non-profit he founded to serve young people living below the poverty line who are the first in their families to go to college. Robert lives in NYC with his wife Benis and their three children.
Chief Financial Officer
Kristen has nearly 20 years of global experience across the technology and media sectors, with expertise in software and tech-enabled services. As Chief Financial Officer, she oversees strategic and operational finance, acquisitions, partnerships, investor relations and the new development team. Prior to joining Compass, Kristen spent 12 years at The Carlyle Group where she led technology & business services investments for Carlyle’s $18.5 billion fund and oversaw the firm’s investments in a number of premier technology companies globally. Prior to Carlyle, Kristen worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division where she focused on technology, media and communications transactions. Kristen holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Technology Officer
Joseph is a technologist with a passion for AI. As Chief Technology Officer, he leads the development of the real estate industry’s first end-to-end platform and oversees the engineering team. Most recently, Joseph served as Microsoft’s Chief Technology Officer for AI. During his tenure, he held product and engineering responsibility for all enterprise database, big data and machine learning products, with 1,700+ engineers. Prior to Microsoft, Joseph spent nine years as a VP at Amazon where he managed the Global Inventory Platform for Amazon’s Consumer Business, and built the machine learning and Transaction Risk Management teams. Joseph holds a PhD in Neural Networks from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Product Officer
Greg Hart is a hi-tech leader with 20+ years experience at Amazon in all aspects of product development, product and general management, marketing, content and e-commerce. He has a demonstrated track record leading and innovating in successively larger and more complex roles, spanning positions ranging from marketing in Amazon's early days, to product management in Amazon's media businesses, to general management of billion-dollar retail businesses, to building and launching innovative new products and services (Amazon Echo & Alexa), to leading worldwide Prime Video. Greg has extensive experience building and managing large, globally distributed teams comprising business line leaders, marketers, product managers, UX designers, engineers, machine learning and speech scientists. He holds 57 issued patents with additional patent submissions pending. Past roles include Technical Advisor to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.

Rob joined Compass from management consulting at McKinsey & Company in New York City, where he was primarily focused on devising growth strategies in legacy industries through technology and data innovations. Rob has been named one of Forbes 30 Under 30, was ranked #27 on the T360 list of the 200 most influential people in residential real estate, and graduated summa cum laude from Duke University. Outside of work, Rob has worked on social enterprise initiatives on every continent, with a passion for public private partnerships to drive poverty alleviation.
President, Compass East
The proud daughter of a real estate agent, Neda is focused on bringing Compass's mission to life across the Eastern United States. Prior to Compass Neda was the Director of Urban Systems at Sidewalk Labs, the division of Google focused on building smart cities. Neda also spent years in the Bay Area working at high-growth technology companies, and in East Africa building programs to support female entrepreneurs. Neda started her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA in Economics from Columbia University.
President, Compass Central
Danielle’s 20+ year career has followed technology transformation across a variety of industries: property management, home improvement, insurance, digital advertising, content licensing and online learning & ecommerce. Her career began in Marketing & Product Management and has continued to leverage this customer-driven approach in all her leadership roles. She has been part of several successful startup exits including HomeAdvisor (f/k/a ServiceMagic sold to IAC in 2004), NetQuote (sold to Bankrate in 2010) and Craftsy (sold to NBCUniversal in 2018). She holds a BA from Smith College and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
President, Compass West
Kamini Lane is a seasoned leader with a passion for building world class brands and teams. She brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and operations, as well as a deep understanding of the luxury consumer and technology based marketplaces. Kamini holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. In 2020, she was named one of the 500 most influential people in Los Angeles by the LA Business Journal. She currently lives in LA and is the proud mom of an adventurous daughter.

Eileen Murray is the Chair of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which oversees U.S. broker dealers. Eileen is the former Co-Chief Executive Officer of Bridgewater Associates. Prior to Bridgewater, she held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, including serving on both firms’ management and executive committees — serving as the first woman on Credit Suisse’s executive board. She's been named one of the 20 Most Powerful Women in Banking and one of the 50 Leading Women in the Hedge Fund Industry, and received the Pioneer Award in Finance from the United Nations. Eileen is a recognized leader in philanthropy and service and has been named an Afterschool Champion by the Partnership for Afterschool Education and has been given the YMCA of Greater New York’s Arts and Letters Award for Outstanding Leadership. Currently, she serves on the boards of HSBC Holdings plc and the Guardian Life Insurance Company.
Charles Phillips is the former CEO and Chairman of Infor, the third-largest business software applications company in the world. The company provides cloud applications that automate critical business processes for a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Infor, Charles was president of Oracle Corporation and a member of its board of directors. During his eight-year tenure, Oracle tripled in market capitalization and acquired 70 companies. Before Oracle, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in the Technology Group and also served on the company’s board of directors. Charles’ experience as a board member is extensive. He has served on the boards of the Viacom Corporation, the Apollo Theater, the New York Police Foundation, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and President Barack Obama’s Economic Recovery Board.
Steve Sordello is the Chief Financial Officer of LinkedIn, where he oversaw the company’s successful IPO in 2011, raised more than $4 billion in capital and completed multiple private and public acquisitions, including LinkedIn's $26.2 billion merger with Microsoft. Prior to LinkedIn, Steve was instrumental in guiding TiVo to profitability. Steve serves on the board of Atlassian and is a trustee at Santa Clara University.
Pamela Thomas-Graham began her career at McKinsey & Company where she became the first African-American woman to make partner. Throughout her career, Pamela served as Chief Marketing Officer and on the executive board at Credit Suisse, Group President Liz Claiborne, and President and Chief Executive Officer of both CNBC Television and CNBC.com. Currently, she serves as Lead Independent Director on the board of the Clorox Company, and is a board member of Peloton, Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son, and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
